Job Description Job Description About the Position AOX Welding Supply is seeking a reliable, customer-oriented Inside Sales Representative / Counter Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you’ll serve as the face of our company — assisting customers at the counter, managing orders, and keeping our inventory organized. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone with product information, pricing, and order support Generate quotes, process sales orders, invoices, and returns accurately and efficiently Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, inventory levels, and current promotions Support inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and cycle counting Coordinate special orders and work closely with vendors and the outside sales team Ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders and smooth communication across departments Keep the sales counter and store area organized, safe, and presentable at all times Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through excellent service Qualifications Previous experience in inside sales, counter sales, or customer service (industrial or welding supply experience a plus) Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Comfortable using point-of-sale systems and basic computer software (Microsoft Office, etc.) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and assist with stocking and material handling Dependable, motivated, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Preferred Experience Familiarity with welding supplies, industrial gases, or related products Knowledge of inventory management, purchasing, or warehouse operations What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance options Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for advancement within a growing company Supportive, team-focused work environment hc206462
