This role is crucial in driving our business forward by leveraging technological solutions to meet diverse client needs across various industries. You will be pivotal in nurturing client relationships, understanding their business needs, and helping them navigate through their digital transformation by offering tailored IT and business solutions. Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients in the B2B sector. Understand the specific needs of clients and propose customized technology solutions to enhance their operational efficiency. Conduct high-level conversations with C-suite and senior executives to address technology solutions. Manage the full sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal. Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships. Present products to prospective clients, provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication. Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data. Provide detailed product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients. Maintain extensive knowledge of market conditions, competitors, and technological advancements. Proven experience as a B2B sales executive or in a similar role in IT sales Strong understanding of sales performance metrics Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office suite Excellent negotiation and communications skills Ability to deliver engaging presentations Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certification in Sales Management (CSM) preferred Any relevant technology certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate) is a plus
