We are currently seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our assisted living team at Prairie Creek, working full-time during daytime shifts. This role is vital for enhancing our residents’ quality of life through personalized, compassionate medical care. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for elder care and a commitment to holistic health principles. Administer medications and treatments to residents in accordance with care plans Monitor patient health status and respond to their needs promptly Document all residents' interactions in their medical file accurately Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess resident needs and plan care Educate residents and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention Participate in continuing education and in-service training Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards Strong interpersonal and communication skills Comprehensive knowledge of nursing procedures Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently High level of patience and emotional intelligence Proficiency in electronic healthcare record systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment CPR and BLS certification required ACLS certification preferred
