Job Description:
Join Jackson Health Professionals as a Cath Lab Tech and be part
of our dedicated team focused on providing top-notch cardiovascular
diagnostic and interventional services. You will play a crucial
role in assisting cardiologists during invasive cardiovascular
procedures, ensuring patient comfort and optimal outcomes for
diagnostic accuracy and therapeutic interventions. Assist
cardiologists during diagnostic and interventional procedures in
the catheterization lab. Monitor and record patient's vital signs
and heart rhythm. Prepare patients and equipment for procedures,
ensuring adherence to all sterile techniques. Operate sophisticated
imaging and recording equipment. Collaborate with the healthcare
team to plan, assess, and evaluate patient care. Provide patient
education and support throughout the diagnostic process.
Proficiency in operating cath lab equipment, including imaging and
recording devices. Strong understanding of cardiovascular anatomy
and physiology. Ability to maintain a sterile environment.
Effective communication and patient care skills. Capability to
handle high-stress situations. Medical Insurance 401k Valid
Certified Cardiographic Technician (CCT) or Registered
Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) certification. Current
BLS and ACLS certification required.
