Job Description:

in the US, we are seeking a Director, Pharmacy, Health Plan to lead
our comprehensive pharmacy services within our health plans
division. This leadership role is instrumental in developing
strategic pharmacy initiatives, optimizing pharmaceutical care
across our network, and managing pharmacy benefits to meet the
healthcare needs of our members while aligning with regulatory
standards. Develop and implement strategic initiatives for pharmacy
services across health plans. Collaborate with healthcare
providers, administrators, and insurance teams to integrate
pharmacy services. Manage pharmacy benefits, ensuring compliance
with regulatory standards and cost efficiency. Analyze pharmacy
utilization data to optimize care delivery and member health
outcomes. Oversee the pharmacy team, fostering a culture of
continuous improvement and professional development. Strong
leadership and management skills In-depth knowledge of pharmacy
operations and regulations Expertise in pharmaceutical care and
benefits management Proficient in data analysis and healthcare
informatics Excellent communication and collaboration capabilities

401k Licensed Pharmacist in good standing Board certification in
Pharmacotherapy (BCPS) or similar Certification in Health Care
Administration (optional but preferred)
