Job Description Job Description Commercial Wall Covering Installer Department: Commercial Painting Salary Range: $24-30 /hr DOE Job Summary The Commercial Wall Covering Installer is responsible for the professional installation of commercial wall coverings and assisting with painting and coating applications on large-scale commercial and industrial projects. This role works under the direction of a Foreman but must be capable of working independently at times. Duties & Responsibilities: Install commercial wall coverings, including vinyl, fabric, and specialty materials, in accordance with project specifications Measure, cut, align, and apply wall coverings with precision and attention to detail Prepare surfaces for wall covering and painting, including cleaning, patching, sanding, and priming Perform commercial painting duties using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment as needed Assist the Foreman with job-site organization and production goals Operate and maintain tools, equipment, and machinery related to wall covering and painting Clean and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment using appropriate cleaning methods Communicate effectively with the Foreman, Project Manager, team members, and other trades on site Follow and demonstrate company safety policies and address safety concerns on job sites Perform additional duties as assigned to support project success Required Skills/Abilities Experience installing commercial wall coverings Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Ability to work independently Basic communication skills Ability to read and follow job specifications and layout plans Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude Professional and respectful demeanor on job sites Proficient in the safe and efficient use of hand and power tools Physical & General Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs of equipment and materials Comfortable working at heights on ladders, lifts, or scaffolding Ability to kneel, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions Ability to stand for extended periods of time Willingness and ability to wear a respirator and required personal protective equipment Must be 18 years of age or older Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, Accident , Short Term Disability and Voluntary Term Life Insurance Simple IRA with company match Paid Time Off 6 paid holidays per year hc218217
