Job Responsibilities: Safe Vehicle Operation: Operate a Class A commercial vehicle and trailer safely and efficiently, following all federal, state, and local regulations. Transport materials and equipment to designated sites, ensuring timely, accurate, and secure deliveries. Inspections and Preventative Maintenance: Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and performance. Promptly report any maintenance concerns and ensure the vehicle remains in top working condition and compliant with safety standards. Regulatory Compliance and Documentation: Follow all traffic laws and company policies while maintaining a professional and courteous presence on the road. Keep accurate records of deliveries, including logbooks, bills of lading, and other required documentation. Team Collaboration and Equipment Coordination: Work closely with crane operators, riggers, signalmen, and logistics personnel to coordinate the loading, unloading, and setup/teardown of cranes and equipment. Communicate clearly to align delivery schedules and resolve any on-site challenges. Customer and Vendor Relations: Deliver outstanding service during all interactions with clients and vendors. Represent the company with professionalism, ensuring every encounter reflects our commitment to quality and reliability.
