Job Description Job Description Position Overview The Connected
Sales Intern will support our Connected Sales team in growing and
maintaining customer relationships while gaining hands-on
experience in a professional sales environment. This role is
designed to expose the intern to customer engagement, quoting,
order processing, and cross-functional collaboration while
assisting full-time team members with daily responsibilities and
special projects. The intern will also serve as an initial point of
contact for incoming customer inquiries and help route requests to
the appropriate team members or departments. Key Responsibilities
Support Connected Sales representatives with daily customer service
activities Handle incoming customer inquiries and assign them to
the appropriate salesperson or department Help prepare and send
samples, marketing materials, and basic sales documentation May
assist with quote creation, order processing, and follow-up
activities under supervision Update and maintain customer records,
activities, and notes within the CRM system Support sales projects
focused on up-selling, cross-selling, and customer development
Collaborate with other internal departments as needed Participate
in training to learn basic product applications and sales processes
Perform other related duties and projects as assigned to support
the team What We’re Looking For Currently enrolled in or recently
graduated from a business, sales, marketing, engineering, or
related program Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks
Willingness to learn technical concepts related to electronic
components Professional phone and email etiquette Familiarity with
Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus but not required What
