privately held EPC and industrial construction services firm as an
Engineering Manager. This role blends technical expertise with
leadership—managing a small internal team and external engineering
partners while remaining hands-on in design and project
coordination. The Engineering Manager will ensure all engineering
deliverables align with project schedules, budgets, and
construction needs. If you’re a Mechanical PE who enjoys working

within a dynamic organization. Responsibilities - Oversee and
contribute to engineering design and execution for industrial
construction projects - Manage and mentor a team of 4–5 internal
engineers and coordinate third-party engineering subcontractors -
Maintain alignment between engineering output and project
construction schedules - Visit job sites as needed to resolve
technical issues and support field operations - Lead and facilitate
team meetings, client communications, and project reviews
Qualifications and Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical
Engineering required; Professional Engineer (PE) license mandatory
- 10 years of experience in engineering, procurement, and
construction (EPC) or industrial project environments - Strong
understanding of structural, mechanical, and civil systems in
industrial applications - Skilled communicator with proven ability
to lead teams and manage subcontractor performance - Proficiency in
Autodesk and Microsoft Office tools; familiarity with project
scheduling software a plus - Willingness to travel as needed

range for this position is $140,000–$170,000, not including
benefits, potential bonuses, or additional compensation. If you are
hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as
individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic
location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay
equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members
as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range
mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring
at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow
for future and continued salary growth.
