The Luxury Sales Professional needs to be able to follow instructions – we have a proven method for closing deals. You should also be able to easily relate to the quality of customers who shop for luxury vehicles Sales Consultant Wage Range: $50k to $120k per year. Luxury Sales Professional duties: Promptly greet and assist customers on premises and on the telephone in a friendly and courteous manner; Work effectively with customers to discover their needs and preferences, qualify their interest and intent in purchasing a vehicle, and assist them to find the vehicle that fits their needs; Stay in contact with customers as vehicles become ready for delivery on a timely basis and in a manner that will ensure an excellent standard of customer service; Ensure all paperwork is complete and accurate. This also requires a high standard for safeguarding customer information to prevent identity theft; Curate potential leads from contacting new prospects and previous customers; Actively learn and maintain knowledge on all product lines; Collaborate with the Sales Manager to identify and develop new business opportunities.
