The mission of Faith Regional Health Services is to serve Christ by providing all people with exemplary medical services in an environment of love and care. The HR Generalist performs Human Resources related duties and will carry out responsibilities in some or all of the following areas:# employment, recruitment, benefits, compensation administration, employee relations, policies and procedures and job descriptions. Responsible for coordinating the recruitment and hiring activities of Faith Regional Health Services through identifying, developing and implementing sourcing strategies.# Experience with social and professional networking sites is desired.# Acts as day to day recruitment liaison with department hiring managers.# Responsible for providing information and guidance to employees, supervisors and directors on Human Resources policies, procedures, and employee benefits.# Will also perform other HR related duties as assigned. Job Requirements: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.# The requirements listed below must be representative of the knowledge, skills, minimum education, training, licensure, experience, and/or ability required.# Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Prefer a college graduate, with emphasis on Human Resources/Administration. Will consider applicable work experience.## Must have a thorough general knowledge and understanding of Human Resources functions. Must have the ability to work effectively with all levels of management and employees and the ability to deal effectively with applicants and referral sources. Must be a self-starter with good people and communication skills.# Attention to detail is essential.# Must be able to work independently,#be highly organized and efficient. The HR Generalist is required to maintain a high level of integrity, confidentiality and professionalism. Must be able to follow policies and procedures of department and hospital,#to apply knowledge of patient rights, safety rights, safety practices, infection control principles, and risk management issues. Will serve in committees and assist with programs of the hospital to constantly improve the quality of healthcare and promote good public relations.# Ability to work in a timely manner, within the time allotted for the shift per census count.
