experience preferred Ability to read and interpret work orders and
production documents Ability to accurately read a tape measure and
perform basic math (including fractions) Ability to read blueprints
and use measuring tools (calipers, gauges, etc.) Basic computer
skills (ERP/MRP experience preferred) Strong attention to detail
and commitment to quality Ability to work in a fast-paced
environment and meet deadlines Forklift certification or ability to
