This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while providing critical nursing care to patients in various settings, from acute care to residential facilities. As a nursing professional at Sanford Health, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care and enhancing patient outcomes. Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of Sanford Health. Monitor patient health and maintain accurate records of nursing care provided. Administer medications as prescribed and observe reactions, if any. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to enhance patient care. Educate patients and their families on illness, wellness, and preventive healthcare. Supervise and guide LPNs and other nursing staff, depending on role and experience. Proficiency in clinical skills pertinent to nursing specialty Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Compassionate and patient-focused approach Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid and current RN or LPN license as required by state regulations. CPR certification preferred.
