Job Description:
Good Samaritan Health Center is currently seeking a dedicated
Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate team at Prairie
Creek Assisted Living Facility. This full-time day position is
perfect for an individual committed to enhancing the wellbeing of
our community's seniors. Our ideal candidate will be responsible
for providing top-notch nursing care, monitoring patient health
conditions, administering medication, and collaborating with a team
of healthcare professionals to uphold our commitment to holistic
health outcomes. Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care
plans in collaboration with healthcare team. Monitor residents'
health conditions, update care plans accordingly, and administer
medications reliably. Educate residents and families on health
maintenance and disease prevention. Collaborate with healthcare
professionals to optimize resident wellness. Document residents'
health and treatment plans meticulously for use in continuous care.
Provide emotional support and guidance to residents and their
families. Strong clinical skills and proficiency in medical
software. Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on
compassionate care. Ability to work effectively in a
multidisciplinary team. In-depth knowledge of health and safety
guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination etc.).

401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of
employment. Basic Life Support (BLS) certified or ability to obtain
certification within 3 months of hire. Certified in Gerontological
Nursing preferred.
