We are currently seeking a compassionate and competent Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in the Long Term Care (LTC) department. This role involves working closely with elderly patients, offering both medical and emotional support while ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained in a supportive and nurturing environment. Provide basic patient care under direction of nursing staff Perform duties such as feed, bathe, dress, groom, or move patients, or change linens Active involvement in patient assessments, care planning, and implementation Administer medications and document therapeutic effects Take vital signs and record daily health progress Prepare patients and assist with examinations or treatments Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for patients Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in managing multiple patients and prioritizing tasks In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in patient records Empathetic and compassionate approach towards patient care Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid state license as an LPN or RN CPR certified Should potentially have completed a BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
