Accurately administering and documenting medications as prescribed by medical personnel Observing patients' responses to medications and reporting any adverse reactions to the nursing staff Maintaining strict compliance with all facility policies and health regulations Assisting in the update of patient records to ensure accuracy and legal compliance Participating in ongoing education and training to stay informed on best practices in medication administration Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care Proficient in medication administration Strong observational skills to detect changes in patient conditions High level of organizational skills Effective communication capabilities with patients and staff Ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Medication Assistant (CMA) certification mandatory Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
