Job Description:

communities. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a
crucial role in our mission to improve patient care by providing
nursing support, patient education, and compassionate care tailored
to individual patient needs. Administer medications and treatments
as prescribed by healthcare providers. Monitor patient health
status and record patient history and vital signs. Assist in the
implementation of patient care plans and ensure compliance with
healthcare regulations. Communicate effectively with patients,
family members, and other healthcare professionals to ensure
high-quality care delivery. Educate patients and families on
healthcare management, disease prevention, and lifestyle choices.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with
procedures, rules, and regulations. Strong clinical skills in a
healthcare setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in handling medical equipment Ability to work
effectively in a team and independently Good judgment and critical
