Job Description:
Good Samaritan Health Center is currently seeking a dedicated
Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our
team in providing exceptional healthcare services to our
underserved communities. In this role, you will play a critical
part in fulfilling our mission of promoting holistic health and
wellness outcomes. You will have the opportunity to work closely
with a team committed to making a significant impact in the lives
of our patients through compassionate and comprehensive medical
care. This position requires a deep commitment to patient-centered
care, adherence to health and safety guidelines, and the ability to
work effectively in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team environment.
Provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to patients in an
outpatient setting. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient
care plans in collaboration with the health care team. Administer
medications and treatments as prescribed and document all patient
interactions. Participate in the development and implementation of
health improvement programs. Maintain a safe and clean working
environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and
disease prevention. Strong clinical skills in a healthcare setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work as
part of a team and independently Proficiency in electronic health
record (EHR) systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid RN or LPN license in the state
of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred
