Location: Spencer, IA Worker Type: Regular Work Shift: Primarily
days with night, weekend and holiday on-call involvement (United

Highlights Spencer Hospital is a rural hospital located in
northwest Iowa employing over 500 employees. Positions at Spencer
Hospital are not affiliated with Avera; however, we collaborate to
provide services to the communities we serve. Employment offers, if
accepted, are exclusively with Spencer Hospital. Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive skilled nursing care to patients within the
home setting - Participates in the development and implementation
of patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and the
interdisciplinary team - Provides quality end-of-life cares and
support to patient, family, and caregivers Requirements: -
Flexible, multitasker, demonstrates effective communication and
assessment skills - IA RN license - BLS required - Valid driver's
license and proof of insurance required Why Become a Home Care

communicator between patient, family members, and primary care
providers - Rewarding patient relationships – develop rapport with
patients and their family members through case management Schedule:
- 72 hours a pay period - 8 hour shifts - Typically one holiday of
on-call only per year - self scheduled - Typically one weekend of
on-call only every 6 weeks - self scheduled - The schedule may
