proper work-life balance. The Role: As an HVAC & Plumbing
Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on
experience in the HVAC and plumbing industries while working
closely with experienced technicians. You will assist with a
variety of tasks related to the installation, maintenance, and
repair of HVAC and plumbing systems. This is an excellent
opportunity for someone eager to learn, grow, and build a long-term
career in these essential trades. What You'll Do: Assist with the
installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC and plumbing systems
under the guidance of senior technicians. Learn to troubleshoot and
diagnose HVAC and plumbing issues. Help ensure proper operation of
systems by testing, adjusting, and calibrating equipment.
Participate in system inspections and assist with system cleanings
and maintenance. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe
work environment at all times. Maintain tools, equipment, and work
vehicles. Assist with customer service by communicating updates and
ensuring satisfaction. Complete any assigned training programs and
attend industry-related courses as needed. What You'll Need: High
school diploma or equivalent. Basic knowledge of plumbing and HVAC
systems is a plus, but not required. Ability to work in physically
demanding environments, including working in confined spaces and
lifting heavy equipment. Strong willingness to learn and develop
skills in both HVAC and plumbing trades. Ability to work
effectively as part of a team. Good communication and
problem-solving skills. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and
reliable punctuality. Must have a valid driver’s license and a
clean driving record. Ability to work flexible hours, including
