sets Description: This position involves working in a Critical Care
unit. The nurse-to-patient ratio is primarily 1:2, with some 1:1
for higher acuity patients, and 1:3 for overflow or patient
transfer status. The unit has a total of 39 ICU beds distributed in
three locations. General nursing orientation includes
computer-based training and competency assessments. The role
involves flexibility to float to medical/surgical or step-down
units as needed. Shifts will rotate, and every other weekend and
holiday will be required. Candidates must have the required
certifications and be capable of handling the dynamic nature of the
ICU environment. The work environment involves badge access to the
facility. All clinicians are expected to follow standard procedures
