Front Desk Representative, you will be the first point of contact
for our guests and play a crucial role in ensuring their stay is
enjoyable and stress-free. Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting guests with a warm and welcoming attitude Checking guests
in and out of the hotel promptly and efficiently Answering phone
calls and emails, and responding to guest inquiries Assisting
guests with special requests and accommodations Handling
reservations and updating guest information in the system Resolving
guest issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner
Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth
operations Must be able to pass a background check. If you have
excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion
for hospitality, we want to hear from you! Prior experience in a
customer service or front desk role is preferred but not required.
We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a
strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. We are looking to
