Job Description Job Description Key Responsibilities Assemble metal and industrial components according to work instructions, blueprints, and specifications Use hand tools, power tools, and basic shop equipment safely and efficiently Inspect parts and finished assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy Follow all safety policies and procedures, including PPE requirements Maintain a clean and organized work area Clean and organize the workshop area when requested or when workspaces become messy Meet production goals and deadlines while maintaining quality standards Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members Assist with other production or assembly tasks as needed Qualifications Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production experience preferred Ability to read and follow work instructions or blueprints is a plus Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools Strong attention to detail and quality Dependable with good attendance and punctuality Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Work Schedule Day Shift: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM Friday: 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM (half day) Overtime may be available based on production needs Pay $18.00 – $20.00 per hour, based on experience - Stable, long-term employment opportunity - Team-oriented work environment - Opportunities to learn new skills and grow within the company INDS
