Cath Lab Tech Location: Sioux Falls, SD Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $3,386 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/13/2026 About the Position Job Title: Cath Lab Technologist Profession: Cath Lab Technologist Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 10-hour days Hours per Shift: Varying shifts (0530-1600, 0630-1700, 0730-1800) Experience: Minimum of 2 years required License: No specific license required for submission Certifications: ACLS, BLS Must-Have: 2-3 years of relevant experience Description: This position involves working in a cardiac cath lab. General job duties include scrubbing, circulating, and monitoring peripheral/vascular cases. You will also be involved in right and left heart caths and possibly scrubbing devices for EP cases. The equipment utilized includes XIM for charting, as well as Siemens and Philips fluoro systems. You must have ACLS and BLS certifications. There is no floating to other units. The unit has 8 fluoro rooms and 1 minimally invasive room without fluoro. On-call responsibilities include being on the mandate list for coverage of vacant calls. You will be required to take one call per week and one weekend call every 3-4 weeks. A 30-minute response time is required for on-call duties. During holidays, you may be asked to take call on Thanksgiving and Christmas. Orientation will focus on monitoring and effective scrubbing and circulating.
