Are you a detail-driven quality professional with a passion for food safety and operational excellence? We’re looking for a Quality & Food Safety Manager to lead our food safety and quality assurance initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory, internal, and third-party standards. This is your opportunity to make a tangible impact in a dynamic and growing food and beverage operation. What You’ll Do: Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our Quality and Food Safety Management System. Ensure compliance with HACCP, ISO standards, and all applicable food safety regulations. Act as the primary liaison for regulatory bodies, certification audits, and customer quality concerns. Champion a culture of quality across all departments, fostering accountability and proactive risk management. Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Train and mentor staff on food safety protocols and quality best practices. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 3 years of experience in quality and food safety within the food and/or beverage industry Strong understanding of HACCP principles, ISO standards, and regulatory compliance (FDA/FSMA as applicable) Experience with internal and third-party audits, supplier quality programs, and documentation control A proactive mindset with strong leadership and communication skills Why Join Us?
