In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving sales initiatives within the financial sectors, leveraging Securitas comprehensive range of security services. Your success will hinge on your ability to forge strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating how our services can meet their specific requirements for security and safety. Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the regional financial sector. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding client needs and proposing strategic solutions. Prepare sales reports and forecasts, maintaining accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, and closed sales. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve successful contract negotiations and make substantial contribution to the direction of product and service development. Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and internal product development efforts. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close Ability to deliver engaging presentations Keen business acumen and a deep understanding of the financial services markets Proficient with CRM software and sales management tools Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or equivalent Relevant industry certifications such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP) are highly desirable.
