Job Description:
At Freddie Mac, you will do important work to build a better
housing finance system and you'll be part of a team helping to make

Position Overview: This position will play a meaningful role on the
user experience for Fredie Mac's suite of origination and risk
assessing tools, the Loan Advisor Suite, namely Loan Product
Advisor. You will act as be the connection between Risk and
customers regarding innovation efforts. As a messaging expert, you
will work across projects and tool enhancements to create a
standardized, best in-class messaging experience for our customers.

responsible for developing solutions for automating underwriting
Risk Assessment helping reduce risk for Freddie Mac. Innovate based
on market behaviors while efficiently analyzing, mitigating, and
clearly defining credit risk Your Impact: Further the
standardization of messages for a consistent, best in class user
experience for Loan Product Advisor and other Loan Advisor Suite
tools. Collaborate with an array of stakeholders (project leads,
policy experts, legal experts, and more) across projects and
improvement as the messaging expert. Help project teams distill
maximum customer value by crafting messages that will delight
customers. Shepard message changes through new offering and project
rollouts. Find opportunities for message improvements, help
prioritize and drive those enhancements. Gather feedback directly
from customers to understand how to best craft and improve
messaging. Identify and implement improvements to our feedback loop
pertaining to messaging related user experience, using both
customer interactions and data analytics. Work with customers to
present opportunities related to innovation and gather feedback
from pilot participants Provide business drivers first-hand
information about customer value, likes and dislikes on new
technology and risk pilot offerings. Qualifications: 5-7 years of
related experience Bachelor's Degree in Business management,
economics, or information technology 1 years in software product
and innovation work Plus: Experience as, or deep understanding of
Loan Advisor Suite's direct users (underwriters, loan officers,
processors, capital markets/secondary teams) and integration
implementers (IT) Plus: Understanding of mortgage lenders' overall
loan origination process and related systems (LOs, POS's, etc)
Plus: Knowledge of Loan Advisor Suite tools, in particular Loan
Product Advisor Plus: Experience designing message-based user
interfaces Plus: Experience using and/or designing user experience
for Loan Origination Systems Keys to Success in this Role:

Status:Exempt The anticipated annualized base salary range for this
position is $113,000 to $169,000 and is eligible to participate in
