Job Description:
Nucor Cold Finish-NE, a leader in the production of Cold
Finished steel products and a division of Nucor Corporation, the
nation's largest steel and steel products manufacturer and largest
recycler, is seeking qualified candidates for NCFNE Maintenance.
The role of NCF Maintenance is to be responsible for the safest,
most efficient, cost effective means of operation and maintenance
of our assets. Skills used on a daily basis include (but are not
limited to) PLC programming/troubleshooting, ACC Drive
programming/troubleshooting, general maintenance of electrical and
mechanical equipment, machining and fabrication of equipment. This
is a rotating shift position which includes nights, weekends,
emergency overtime and holidays.The successful candidate will
have:- Electromechanical degree or 5 years maintenance experience
including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, motor
controls, and control systems.- Basic knowledge of machining,
welding, and equipment fabrication skills.Nucor is an Equal
