Job Description:
Creighton University Medical Center and CHI Health seek to
recruit a visionary leader to serve as the Division Chief of
Epilepsy and expand our clinical, research, and educational
activities within our Department of Neurology and its Division of
Epilepsy. The incumbent leader will join an established high volume
group encompassing a wide breadth of epilepsy cases in the setting
of a large established referral base within the Department of
Neurology, Primary Care, and growing services within a large
integrated health care system. The opportunity is ripe for a
visionary leader to grow epilepsy in all of its domains in
partnership with outstanding colleagues and forward-thinking and
dynamic academic and business leadership. At Creighton University
Medical Center and CHI Health, our Department of Neurology is one
of the nation's highest quality, award-winning programs. CHI Health
Immanuel's Neurological Institute is a leading neuroscience program
and the nation's fourth Thrombectomy Capable Stroke Center. In
addition, our program is further augmented by our many other
resources associated with our academic institution including our
institute of population health and the nation's only resident
healthcare leadership program. Resident activity with the
department of Neurology is highly engaging at our academic flagship
University Medical Center and Level I Trauma Center.Candidates are
expected to have a fellowship in Epilepsy and a track record of
scholarly and educational activities at the level of Associate to
Full Professor at Creighton University School of Medicine.
