Services Advocate
The mission of Faith Regional Health Services is to serve Christ by
providing all people with exemplary medical services in an

Summary:
The Patient Services Advocate position will serve as an ambassador
of Faith Regional Health Services (FRHS) to members of the Hispanic
Community who present for services as patients within the FRHS
healthcare system. The Patient Services Advocate will be welcoming
and attentive to the needs of all patients and work to create an
environment of care and trust while managing expectations and
demonstrating compassion and respect. The Patient Services Advocate
will also serve as a member of the health care team by assisting in
the delivery of patient centered care through excellent
communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Hours will be dependent on patient census and workload. Ability and
willingness to work a flexible schedule, to include after-hours and
weekends as necessary.

Job Requirements:
The requirements listed below must be representative of the
knowledge, skills, minimum education, training, licensure,
experience, and/or ability required.
EDUCATION:
GED or High School Diploma preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
Previous experience in a customer service-related field
preferred.
Skills/Knowledge Requirements:
SKILLS:
Language Skills - Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the
English and Spanish languages and provide translation required.
Excellent customer service skills required.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with efficiency
required.
Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
Other Certifications/Requirements:
Current, valid driver's license issued in the state of legal
residence required.
Medical Interpretation Certification obtained within nine months
from date of hire.
