We communicate clearly and directly with our partners to facilitate the best outcomes for all. -Business Development ManagerWill be the driving force for business growth, lead generation and lead conversion of wealth management services for advisory firms across the country. -Business Development Manager must be willing to actively pursue advisor relationships while providing proactive outreach and communication. -Primary Duties:
      • Recruit new investment advisors
      • Onboarding of new advisors
      • Assisting with advisor software
      • Assisting with financial plans for advisors
      • Contact point for daily transactions for advisors and clients
      • Help lead marketing efforts for Wealth ManagementQualifications:
        • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business -
        • Experience: 3-to-5-year experience in the investment or sales field is preferred
        • Series 65 license preferred
        • Detail oriented
        • Exceptional communication skills - written and verbal
