Core Accountabilities Play lead role in our user accounts across various software Provide information for decision support within various company operationsMaximize operational efficiencies through recommendations to Director of ITProvide technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer problemsAbility to learn the company's software and support itKey Responsibilities Creation and maintenance of users within our IT domain Setup new computers and printersTroubleshoot computer and printer issues Work closely with the rest of the IT team on various projectsPM22Requirements:Typically, candidates best suited for this position will have at least five years of related experience, some of which may be substituted for a closely related degreeCollaborative and team-focused attitude with a desire to provide outstanding service to our internal customersCapacity to work with a strong, consistent attention to detail Effective communication skills, including speaking, writing and active listeningWorking knowledge of relevant operating systems and softwareEfficient IT/technical troubleshooting capabilitiesBachelor's degree in Computer science or Information Technology is preferredExperience with Active DirectoryExperience in networking including switches, firewalls and serversPI217597400
