This is a full-time position that requires a candidate with exceptional leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction industry, with a proven track record of delivering successful commercial construction projects.Responsibilities:As a Permanent Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction project, from start to finish. You will be responsible for the following:

• Create and manage construction schedules to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage and supervise subcontractors, ensuring that they comply with safety regulations and deliver high-quality work.
• Ensure that all construction activities are carried out in accordance with the project plans and specifications.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the client and other stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress.
• Manage the site team, including site managers, engineers, and other construction professionals.
• Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with relevant health and safety regulations.
• Identify and manage project risks, ensuring that they are mitigated or eliminated.
• Ensure that all project documentation is up to date and accurate.Qualifications:The ideal candidate for this role will have the following qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction industry, with a proven track record of delivering successful commercial construction projects.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A thorough understanding of construction project management principles and practices.
  • Experience with construction scheduling software, such as Primavera or Microsoft Project.
  • A strong commitment to health and safety, with a thorough understanding of relevant regulations and best practices.
