POSITION: Floor Operator DEPARTMENT: Operations PURPOSE: Responsible for the operation of the plant, ensuring ES&H policies are followed, maximizing production quantity and quality, all while supporting the policies, goals, and objectives of QCCP. ACCOUNTABILITIES: 1. Ability to work independently and use sound decision-making skills to fulfill assigned duties. 2. Understand and adhere to all company procedures. 3. Comply with all company plant and safety rules. RELATIONSHIPS/CONTACTS: Supervisory: 1. Reports directly to Lead Operator. 2. Reports indirectly to Ops Manager. Internal: 1. Works in harmony with all plant employees. External: 1. Occasional contact with customers, vendors, or visitors in the plant. WORK REQUIREMENTS: Educational: 1. Must be able to read, understand, and follow directions accurately. 2. Demonstrated mathematical capabilities in addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division to ensure accuracy. 3. Must be able to write legibly and transfer information accurately to logs and reports. 4. Must be able to communicate orally and in writing to fulfill requirements of reports in a safe and efficient manner. 5. Must have working knowledge of: a. Computer c. Basic hand tools b. Diagnostic equipment d. Linear measurements Physical: (ADA requirements) 1. Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 70 lbs. of supplies and materials. 2. Must have good eyesight to visually inspect product(s) for quality and/or deficiencies of product(s). 3. Must have mobility to bend and push materials into place. 4. Must be able to stoop and bend to clean around and under equipment. 5. Must be able to work in and around various working conditions (heat, cold, dust, noise, chemicals, and fumes). 6. Must be able to work extended or varied hours to meet production demands. 7. Must have good, manual dexterity to perform numerous eye/hand coordination activities as needed. 8. Must be able to climb stairs and ladders. 9. Must be able to work at heights.

5:00pm-5:00am
4 on days 4 off days


Day shift avaliableas well.

10. Must be able to enter confined spaces.
