Hours: Full and Part Time Positions Available -
Shifts Available: -
AM Shift 6AM to 2:30pm
Evening Shift 2pm to 10:30PM
Overnight Shift 10PM to 6:30AM -
Licensure: Active or Expired Nebraska CMA License, Nebraska CNA License preferred also -
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Provide a variety or services to maintain and support activities of daily living for our residents under the supervision of a nurse
  
• Assist with daily living activities for residents, including social interaction, and community connection
  
• Monitoring vitals and patient behavior and reporting them to the nursing and medical staff
  
• Assist the nurses and other staff as needed -
  
• Administer constant, quality care and service to help our residents maintain their independence
  
• Administer daily routine/prn medications to resident's
  
  Other Requirements:
  
  • 
    
  • Active/Expired Nebraska CMA license
    
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including customer service, patience, empathy and compassion
    
  • Effective communication skills, including active listening, writing, speaking and reading comprehension
    
  • Good collaboration and teamwork skills
    
  • Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities
    
  • In-depth understanding of patient care policies and regulations
    
  • Familiarity with symptoms and signs of improvement for a number of medical conditions
    
  • Comfortable working with specific populations of patients, including elderly patients and those with special needs
    
  • Physical strength and stamina
