OUR OPERATORS MAKE: * $22.15 per hour SCHEDULE: Mon. - Sun. 9:00 PM - 5:A0PM or finish Every Sat. off with a rotating day off during the week. BENEFITS: * 401(k) with company contribution * Competitive pay * Paid vacation and holidays* * Career growth opportunities - we promote from within! * Comprehensive healthcare benefits * Service recognition and employee rewards* * Employee referral program * Tuition reimbursement* * Uniforms provided * Work for dairy farm families REQUIREMENTS: * High school diploma or GED preferred * Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimal * Effective verbal and written communications skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including drug, background and criminal checks * Must be able to stand, walk, pull, push, reach and bend virtually the entire shift * Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and assist others when lifting is necessary and manually stack and move cases up to 6-8 cases high * Must be able to work in a wet environment and work in an environment where temperature is maintained at 35-40 degrees Fahrenheit * Must be willing to work flexible hours including overtime, weekends and holidays * May occasionally be exposed to cleaning chemicals An Equal Opportunity Employer
