Contract Food Service company managing 60 K-12 School Food
Service Programs in 5 states. This position will oversee
Responsible for food service and catering for a fast-paced
school district. Maintain systems and procedures for the
ordering, receiving, storing, preparing, and serving of food
related products, as well as menu planning and development.
Motivates, trains, and supervises hourly employees and
supervisors. Develops operational component forecasts and is
able to explain variances. Responsible for component
accounting functions. Ensures that requirements for
appropriate sanitation and safety levels in respective areas are
met. Coordinates and supervises unit personnel regarding
production, marketing, quality and cost control, labor management
and employee training. Recruits, hires, develops, and retains
front line team.
BS/BA in nutrition, dietetics, hospitality, business or AS
degree with 3 years of relevant school nutrition program experience
or hospitality related industry experience.
Multi-unit experience a plus.
Experience in developing talent with a focus on operations, food
quality, food safety, sanitation, and customer service.
Food, labor cost and P&L accountability experience.
Salary $60-65K + 10% Annual Bonus, Company Healthcare options,
