Madison, SD Job Description: We are seeking a production employee
for Fabrication Dept: Job Type: Full-time Pay: per hour DOE / DOQ
Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching

time off Responsibilities: Produce parts for cabinet construction.
Process work orders to cut, sand, and manufacture wood cabinet
parts. Perform routine operator preventative maintenance. Respond
to work order requests in a timely fashion. Basic knowledge of
measurement and basic tools. Construction understanding basics.
Basic fabrication. Ability to prioritize repairs. Ability to
complete a tasks on time and multi-task Ability to learn and train
others. Attention to detail Productive Familiar with LEAN, 5S and
other initiatives is a plus. Adhere to all safety policies and
procedures. Qualifications: Previous experience in construction,
production, or other related fields. Mechanical aptitude and
troubleshooting skills. Familiarity with industrial tools and
equipment. Ability to manage physical workload. Understanding
manufacturing processes and manufacturing equipment. Must be
familiar with normal shop equipment such as drill press, saws, nail
guns, clamps, portable tools. Must be capable of handling multiple
tasks simultaneously. Self-motivator and positive attitude. Ability
to work in a team environment. Works well with others. Ability to
workday shift. M - F - 6am - 2:30 pm Ability to work based on the
needs of the business. Ability to manage physical workload. High
school graduate or equivalent. 2-year Technical degree desired but
not necessary. Rosebud is a Cabinet manufacturing company in
Madison, SD with approximately 80 employees and have been in
