WHAT YOU’LL DO Work directly from prints or assembly instructions to assemble low-volume and prototype projects Insert electronic components by hand into printed circuit boards. Responsible for the accuracy of component placement and assembly of final product. Work with other assemblers to teach assembly and soldering techniques that will ensure quality and efficiency. Collaborate with teammates to share assembly and soldering techniques that support quality and efficiency. Communicate job status to team leaders Perform testing, packing, and related tasks requiring attention to detail and teamwork. Participate in continuous improvement and occasional overtime as needed WHAT YOU’LL BRING Two or more years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment preferred. Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to read and understand verbal or written English instructions. Self-starter who collaborates effectively across teams. PHYSICAL & WORK ENVIRONMENT Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds. At least 3 years of assembly, production, manufacturing, or repair experience Ability to distinguish colors Ability to read and understand written instructions in English Ability to follow detailed verbal instructions Ability to work in a fast-changing environment with new builds each day WHY ESI At ESI, we believe in growing our people.
