Job Description Job Description Position Overview We are looking for Class A CDL Truck Driverswe have part-time local opportunities and full-time Regional OTR opportunities. You will be a valued member of our team as we work together to deliver excellence and operate with integrity, care, and purpose. Compensation & Benefits Earnings: Up to $1,500 per week , plus applicable benefits For part-time, Day/Local/Shuttle: hourly pay For full-time, Regional OTR: $0.60/mile Home Time: Home most weekends Tax-Free Per Diem Well-Maintained Equipment: Late-model trucks with automatic transmissions, APUs, and 56”–73” sleepers – all dealership serviced and thoroughly maintained Service Area Includes: IA, NE, MO, KS, OK, TX, MN Typical Weekly Mileage for Regional OTR: 1,820 – 2,500 miles (may vary based on preferences and availability) Freight: No-touch, Reefer Key Responsibilities Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently on designated regional routes Deliver freight on time while maintaining accurate records and logs Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company policies Provide professional and courteous service to customers Conduct routine inspections of equipment and report any issues promptly Qualifications Valid Class A CDL and DOT Medical Card Minimum 2 years of Class A CDL driving experience High School Diploma or equivalent Clean driving record with no major violations in the past 3 years Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English Why Drive with Heartland Superfoods?
