About the Position/Key Responsibilities: This position will handle a variety of cases including, professional negligence defense, insurance disputes, personal injury, and many other areas. The ideal candidate should have: An ideal candidate would have 3-5 years of experience working in employment law. Experience in legal research and writing, drafting contracts, negotiating settlements, representing clients in court and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Candidates with less experience will be considered depending on qualifications.
