Job Duties: IT Support will perform computer related Installations and Technical Support, along with some sales and customer service mostly over the phone and remote. IT Support: To install, and maintain all hardware such as routers, switches, wireless, servers, workstations, laptops, printers, phones, network devices. Analyze and resolve network hardware, software, and performance problems in a timely and accurate fashion. Work with Active Directory, file shares, mapped drives, print, Office 365 and backups, and their associated operating systems and software. Create/maintain documentation for configurations, processes, of customers IT systems Respond to and investigate customer/end user inquiries, concerns, and issues via phone, ticketing, and email in a timely and courteous manner. Assist customers/end-users with questions on product installation, usage, and implementation. Work with customers to find the best support, software, and hardware solutions. Must be trustworthy, responsible, dependable, and very organized. This position requires analytical thinking, problem solving research skills, Organizational, communicational, and customer service skills are a must. Individuals must have a desire and willingness to learn and maintain knowledge. Need a neat appearance and good multi-tasking skills.
