Application Support Engineer Location Onsite – Sioux Falls, SD
Schedule Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Occasional
evening or weekend work may be required for issue resolution,
deployments, or system updates. About the Company Expansion Capital

development, and business users. The Role The Application Support
Engineer ensures enterprise applications run reliably and meet the
needs of end users. This role focuses on troubleshooting, system
support, automation, and continuous improvement across CRM, call
center, and related platforms. You’ll partner closely with
developers, vendors, and business teams to resolve issues and
improve application performance. What You’ll Do •Provide day-to-day
technical support for enterprise applications, including CRM and
call center systems •Troubleshoot application issues and work with
development teams to implement fixes and enhancements •Support
applications hosted in cloud environments and help ensure
availability and performance •Automate workflows, integrations, and
repetitive tasks using scripting or automation tools •Monitor
applications, identify recurring issues, and recommend process or
system improvements •Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to
escalate and resolve complex technical problems •Document
procedures, fixes, and configurations to support knowledge sharing
and consistency •Assist with application updates, patches, testing,
and system upgrades Requirements: What We’re Looking For Required
Qualifications •Experience in an application support, systems
support, or similar technical role •Hands-on experience supporting
business-critical applications •Working knowledge of cloud
environments, databases, and application troubleshooting
•Experience with one or more programming or scripting languages
used for support or automation •Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills •Ability to communicate technical issues
clearly to non-technical users •Experience working with ticketing
systems and documenting solutions Preferred Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or
a related field •Experience supporting CRM platforms or call center
systems •Experience with automation or integration tools
•Familiarity with IT service management or incident response
practices •Experience working in regulated industries such as
