Job Description Job Description The Garrett Group is seeking a
certified Database Administrator to support USSTRATCOM J-7.
Applicants should possess a degree and/or an industry-standard
certificate/license that demonstrates knowledge, skills, and
ability in database administration, along with at least 3 years of
experience as a database administrator. The combination of
education and experience must showcase the following core job
skills: data modeling and database design, database schema creation
and management, general database management, ensuring data
integrity and availability, capacity planning, and expertise in
web-specific technology. Position Requirements: A degree and/or
industry-standard certificate/license that demonstrates knowledge,
skill, and ability with database administration At least 3 years of
experience as a database administrator The combination of education
and experience must demonstrate the following basic job skills:
data modeling and database design, database schema creation and
management, general database management, ensuring data integrity,
ensuring data availability, capacity planning, and web-specific
technology expertise. Other Desired Qualifications: Database design
and development (tables, indexes, triggers, stored procedures)
Application architecture experience and Windows//IIS server
administration. JavaScript, C#, VBA, and other languages, as
required, to include web development experience in front end,
backend, and within VBA applications using Office suite (Excel,
Word, Access). Tableau, Power BI, Sequel, Access, Excel, Visual
Basic and SharePoint visualization and database software Other
Requirements: Candidates must have a current Top Secret clearance
