Job Description Job Description Title: Skilled Nursing CNA - Direct Hire Employment Type: Direct Hire | Full-Time Shifts: Rotating Days/Evenings/Nights Pay Range: $19.00 – $25.50 per hour (commensurate with experience) Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 Key Responsibilities Provide resident-centered personal care including bathing, toileting, grooming, and dressing. Assist residents with mobility, repositioning, and transfers using appropriate equipment and techniques. Monitor and record vital signs , behaviors, and care activities accurately in the EMR system. Support residents during meals and ensure a positive dining experience . Maintain infection control standards and adhere to all facility policies. Offer emotional and psychosocial support to residents and their families. Collaborate with nursing staff and other team members to deliver quality care. Qualifications Completion of an accredited Nursing Assistant training program approved by the state. Active CNA certification in South Dakota. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Proficient in using electronic medical records (EMR) .
