Job Description:

Good Samaritan Health Center seeks a dedicated Lead Food Service Assistant for weekend shifts, overseeing food and beverage operations within the center. This role focuses on ensuring high-quality dietary services, adhering to health and safety standards, and enhancing the nutritional well-being of our clients, aligning with our mission to serve underserved communities through holistic health approaches. Coordinate and oversee the preparation, presentation, and distribution of meals. Manage weekend staff, scheduling, and training in alignment with center policies. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Maintain inventory control and order supplies. Monitor and uphold food service hygiene and safety standards. Conduct regular quality assessments of meals served. Collaborate with healthcare providers to tailor dietary services to patient needs.
