General Manager:
Be the Mayor of your community! its all about the relationships your build in your Restaurant!
Run all day to day operations in this polished Casual dining establishment
Controlling spending, inventory, labor, cost control.
Training of all staff, develop your team to top level operators
Communicating with the home office.



Requirements:5-7 years GM experience in an high volume restaurant.
Knowledge of and ability to use inventory systems,
Knowledge of and ability to control labor cost,
Strong initiative, ability to work on your own and direct others.
Follow all state and local Sanitary guidelines.

Overview of Duties:
--- Performs daily shift responsibilities while supervising all back-of-the-house staff ensuring 100% guest satisfaction.

--- Monitor breaks and staffing
--- Checklists (food quality, temperature)
--- Pre-shift meeting
--- Supervises food preparation, production and service in all areas of the kitchen and line.
--- Conducts interviews, makes hire recommendations, completes new hire paperwork, trains, disciplines and makes termination recommendations for back-of-the-house employees.
--- Supervises the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, storage and surrounding areas.
--- Enforces compliance of all safety & security procedures.
--- Completes documentation related to food safety, facility safety and security procedures.
--- Completes supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and procedures, and all applicable laws.
--- Maintains a professional and acceptable appearance at all times.
--- Upholds a positive attitude that enforces a good working environment.
--- Works as a team player; has a pleasant and helpful attitude toward guests and staff members to ensure guest satisfaction.
