Pinnacle Staffing Group is looking for eager candidates to join our client's Banquet Server team. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, preparing food, and customer service. This position is part-time. This is a temp position starting at $15/hr.Duties:Sets up banquet meal functions as described by the banquet function sheet.Provide prompt, professional and courteous service during banquet meal functions.Performs tableside buffet food service as required.Maintains a clean and orderly workstation.Cleans tables of all glasses, silver, china, etc. during and after banquet functions.Completes all assigned side work throughout scheduled shift.Greets and continually monitors to ensure quality guest satisfaction.Informs supervisor of guest comments/complaints.Assists banquet associates when needed.Assists in the set-up and break-down of banquet functions when business demands are high.Must wear required uniform. Must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance.Performs other duties as assigned by management.Experience:- Previous experience in food handling and preparation preferred - Previous customer service experience- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required -One-year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.If you are a reliable individual with a strong work ethic and a commitment to customer service, we encourage you to apply for this position.
