Job Description:

Sioux City Downtown is seeking a Locums Electrophysiologist for ongoing coverage starting January and beyond .

Schedule Highlights:

20 shifts/month
Clinic: Mon Fri, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Procedure days: 2 3 per week
Call: Shared with 3 interventionalists
(Weekend general call either before or after weekday coverage)

Practice Details:

Inpatient + outpatient responsibilities
Clinic volume: patients/day
Hospital census: cardiology patients
EMR: Cerner PowerChart
APP support (EP PA assists with post-procedure & established patients)

EP Procedures Include:

EP studies & ablations (AFib, AFlutter, SVT, PVC, VT)
Pacemaker/ICD/loop recorder insertions & generator changes
Device monitoring (remote & in-clinic)
TEE & cardioversions

Requirements:

BC/BE Electrophysiology
EP Fellowship Trained
IA License or IMLC
Clean malpractice + NPDB Self-Query (current)
Availability (1+ week/month)
