• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
• Full-time: 20 shifts per month

• Inpatient and Outpatient Responsibilities in Radiology Department
• Inpatient responsibilities in IR Department
• Number of Physicians: 1
• Nursing Support/Physician Nurse Ratio: 1:1
• Ancillary Staff per Provider: Multiple
• Number of Exam Rooms per Provider: 3
• Medical Imaging: Yes
• Lab and Pharmacy: Yes
• Clinic Provider Daily Volume: 111
• Average Daily Hospital Practice Census: 111
• Appointment Length: 20 minutes
• EMR: Powerscribe/Cerner
• Teaching Opportunity: Yes
• Services/Procedures: X-rays, MRIs, CT scans, Nuc Med, Ultrasounds, Fluoroscopy studies (Swallow, BE, Myelogram, LP)

Requirements

• Board Certified
• Active IA License or Active IMLC LOQ
• Must be able to cover most or all of the specified dates
• Fellowship Trained (General Radiology with Fluoroscopy)
• Clean Malpractice/No Background
• Must be comfortable doing Fluoroscopy
• Self-Query NPDB Report pulled within 30 days at time of presentation
